The hotel complex is being built by “Dubai House” LLC in the address: 15A Mukimiy Street, the Chilanzar district. The total expense of the hotel complex contains 13 billion soums, which includes 8 billion soums of the entrepreneur's own funds and 5 billion soums of loans provided by banks. For further information, it is being built by a local entrepreneur. So far, 8 billion soums have been fully acquired for building work.

The hotel complex will be commissioned by July 2021 and will have 70 rooms. In the future, it will be able to receive 140 foreign and local guests. This will create 50 jobs.
