The advisor to the Mayor of Tashkent city on the issues of development of tourism and sport, together with the employees of Department for tourism development, visited a hotel under construction by Japanese investors in order to get acquainted with the progress of construction work.

In particular, today they got acquainted with the construction of a 4-star modern hotel complex in the Uzbek style by the Japanese company "H.I.S. Hotel Holdings Co. Ltd" with a total area of  0.5 hectares in the park named after A.Kodiri, which is located on Abdulla Kodiri street, Almazar region.

The hotel, currently being built, has 140 rooms and the capacity is 242 beds. The amount of direct Japanese investment, directing toward hotel construction will reach US $ 13 million. As of January 2021, US $ 10.4 million has been disbursed.

Currently, the construction of the hotel is in full swing. The construction of the hotel's building part has been completed and finishing works are underway. More than 100 workers were involved in construction work. The commissioning of the facility is planned by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2021. And also, it is planned to create 45 jobs.
