It is no secret that in order to create more comfortable conditions for tourists visiting our capital, hotels are widely being built throughout Tashkent city. Therefore, aiming at getting acquainted with this construction work, today employees of the Department for Tourism development of Tashkent city visited location of constructing hotel in Navoi Street Shaykhantakhur district.

This modern and comfortable hotel complex, being built by “Asum Arsenal” LLC, is a vivid example of the creative work carried out in our city.

The total cost of the project is about 8 billion soums, all of which are the funds of the entrepreneur itself. According to the state of January 2021, this amount was fully spent by the enterprise.

Currently, the construction of the hotel is carried out according to the established plan. All floors of the hotel are finished and exterior and interior decoration works are being carried out. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in the 2nd quarter of 2021. The total number of jobs to be created is 15.
