How is the construction of a major investment project of the capital "Magic city"going?
The total cost of the "Magic city" amusement park project, which is being implemented on 21 hectares of land in the Alisher Navoi National Park, is $ 60 million, which is completely foreign investment. This project is being implemented by STARGATE SYSTEMS LLC in cooperation with POLUM AQUARIUM from Turkey and POLIN GROUP from Australia. The construction of the facility is planned to be carried out in 2 stages, in the 1st stage for 6.5 hectares of land, as well as in the 2nd stage for 12 hectares. A total of 27 facilities will be built and commissioned as part of the Magic City Amusement Park project. The project also provides for the construction of cafes, restaurants and shops of world-famous brands. To ensure the uniqueness of the project, the buildings built here will be decorated in the style of the world-famous cities of Rome, Prague, Barcelona, Berlin and Moscow.
At the same time, as part of the Magic City project, the Australian company Polin Group plans to build a modern aquarium on an area of more than 4,300 square meters. It is planned to build a 20-meter underwater tunnel on the territory of the aquarium, which will contain more than 3,000 different species of fish and will be able to serve 1,500 visitors a day.
For information, the second stage of the project will include the only laser cinema in Central Asia with a total capacity of 450 people, an amphitheater with 650 seats in the form of the Roman Colosseum, a musical fountain with an area of 8,500 square meters, as well as the construction of a large water park on 2 hectares of land.
A total of 600 parking spaces are planned for visitors to the park.
In addition, the lake and the trees in the garden will be preserved during construction. It is also planned to plant new species of different breeds - chestnut, pine, Japanese safflower, magnolia, oak, birch and other breeds.
The Magic City theme park is scheduled to be commissioned by September 2021.
