Overview
Syrovarnya is a cheese-focused restaurant in Tashkent with an on-site cheese production workshop. It is the only restaurant in Uzbekistan operating a full-cycle cheese-making facility. The restaurant is part of a wider Syrovarnya concept originating in Russia and functions as a full-service dining venue.
Food & Menu
The menu centres on house-made cheeses produced on site using Italian technology. These include mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, caciotta, ricotta, and halloumi, which are used across many dishes.
Cheese-based options include salads, starters, pancakes, dumplings, pasta dishes, and desserts such as cheesecakes.
Alongside cheese-led dishes, the menu also includes wood-fired pizzas, soups, kebabs, meat-based main courses, and traditional dishes such as borscht. Non-cheese options are available throughout the menu.

The restaurant offers a full drinks menu with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, suitable for daytime and evening dining.

The restaurant is spacious and surrounded by greenery throughout the year.
The interior is divided into three main zones: a covered terrace with panoramic windows, a main dining hall with an open kitchen, and a smaller seating area on the first floor.
Seating is arranged in smaller sections using decorative elements, allowing the space to remain comfortable during busy periods.
Tables are suitable for family meals, group dining, and business meetings. Live music may be present at certain times.
