Profile
Magic City Entertainment Park
Magic City is a large, all-season entertainment complex covering more than 21 hectares. Often described as Uzbekistan’s answer to Disneyland, it is designed as a family-friendly destination with free entry, making it accessible even for visitors who simply want to explore the park.
The streets of Magic City are styled after famous world cities, allowing visitors to wander through areas inspired by Paris, Barcelona, London, Berlin, and others, all within a single park.
Rides and Attractions
Magic City offers a wide range of attractions suitable for all ages. The rides and installations are modern, with many imported from Italy and Germany, catering to both thrill-seekers and younger children.
Among the standout attractions are the first drop tower in Central Asia with integrated media effects, a VR-enhanced slide, and a unique holographic show.
Visitors can also experience a flying spherical cinema focused on dinosaurs, as well as high-speed rides with steep turns and loops.
Aquarium, Cinema, and Family Entertainment
One of the park’s key features is the first aquarium in Central Asia.
It includes a 20-metre-long underwater tunnel and is home to more than 100 species of marine life, including large sharks, offering an immersive experience despite the park’s inland location.
Magic City also includes an all-season family entertainment centre, a dedicated children’s zone where young visitors can explore different professions through play, and an innovative laser cinema.
Magic Cinema is the first laser cinema in Uzbekistan, equipped with a Dolby Digital sound system. It has six halls with a total capacity of around 430 people and screens a broad selection of films throughout the year.
Architecture, Shows, and Facilities
Architectural highlights include an amphitheatre inspired by the Roman Colosseum, a fairytale-style castle with towers reaching 60 metres, and a large fountain zone covering 8,500 square metres.
The park operates year-round, with no seasonal closures.
Shops, cafés, and restaurants line the themed streets, offering a variety of cuisines and places to relax. One of the most popular attractions is the dancing fountain show, where water jets move in time with music, combined with video projections, lasers, and special effects.
Magic City also incorporates elements of Uzbek culture, with exhibitions of traditional and contemporary art. Visitors can see works featuring fabrics, suzani embroidery, and clothing made using revived traditional techniques.
The park has been designed with accessibility in mind, including ramps for wheelchair users and pathways for the visually impaired. Visitors can reach the park by bus, and golf carts operate inside the complex to transport guests from parking areas to different attractions.
