Profile
Overview
La Corte is an Italian restaurant in central Tashkent that opened in 2026.
The menu was created by brand chef Luigi Stinga, who is from the Amalfi Coast and won the MICHELIN Young Chef Award in 2023.
The restaurant serves breakfast, a weekday business lunch, and a full menu of pizza, pasta and steaks.
With its pizza oven and pasta both brought over from Italy, it is considered to be the best Italian restaurant in Tashkent.
Food & Menu
Neapolitan pizza is the main focus. Pizzas are baked in a wood-fired Manna Forni oven imported from Naples, which runs at 450°C and cooks each pizza in 60 seconds.
As a recent opening built around this style of pizza, La Corte is one of the newer names to consider when looking for the best pizza in Tashkent.
Pasta dishes are made with Pastificio Liguori pasta from Gragnano, Italy. Steaks are cooked on a Josper charcoal grill, and the dessert menu is Italian. Breakfast is served from 7:00 every day.
Drinks
Coffee is made on a La Marzocco machine using beans sourced entirely from South America. Tea or water is included with the business lunch.
Layout & Atmosphere
The dining hall is bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Families have access to a children’s playroom with toys imported from Germany, as well as a baby changing table.
There is also space for private events and business dinners.
